New Year's Eve in Salone delle fontane
The guests will be received in the frescoed rooms of the Villa from 8.00 p.m. The aperitif, made of a rich buffet of starters and tastings, will be served accompanied by music and an entertainment show.
The Gala Dinner will be served in the Acquaviva Restaurant at 9.30 p.m. A romantic and suggestive atmosphere by candle light will accompany you through the dinner. The exclusive menu is composed of four courses accompanied by a selection of wines of our cellar.
At the end of the dinner, a great buffet of sweets and fruits will be waiting for you in the «Sala dei Putti», where we will have a toast to the New Year and admire the wonderful sight of the fire works over Rome: the «Città Eterna».
After the superb show, the Grand Dance of Midnight will follow to celebrate till late. In the middle of the night, the Chef will serve boiled sausages and lentils to cheer the New Year.
